Confusing menu and cheap case but it works.

Basically it is an Android tablet. Obviously one that was also started via Google Translate as many of the menu items and elements are confusing. First, there are two different scan menus - one requires downloading the manufacturer's software (you can download a manufacturer for free), the other only scans for OBD diagnostic codes. Having a Jeep Gladiator, I wanted to download the Jeep software. This was not possible as a jeep was out of the question. Okay, probably the mother producer. That's just"Stellantis" isn't an option either. I ended up downloading "Chrysler" just hoping it would work and luckily it did. I think it makes sense since the merger was only completed last year, but it's still a little disappointing. My final complaint about it is the feel. It seems so incredibly cheap. For a device of this size, light weight is not a bad thing. And it seems that the manufacturer went in the opposite direction with it, making it as cheap as possible. It feels like a slight fall into the driver's seat will break it. I've currently kept it under my back seat to serve as a backup in case my engine gives out a code, but it will most likely be replaced with a smaller, better built scanner and this will serve as a magazine. Device for use only. Overall it's not terrible, but at this price point I'd at least be happier if it felt more reliable.
