These are collar aprons.
Even if you spread your neck all the way they practically suffocate women so I can't imagine how badly they will treat men. They should be at least 8 inches longer at the collar to look decent and lay flat. Better 12 to 14. It's pretty much useless. However, they arrived quickly and appear to be very durable.
