Durable Cord Ties

I bought these ties to tie burlap to a metal flower basket. It was perfect for the job. The canvas is black and the ties are not visible. One reviewer noted that some bands were missing prongs. I thought this happened to me until I noticed that the top end only has teeth on one side. All you have to do is turn the tie inside out and make sure the prongs are in the loop.
