I’m changing my review to a 5.0 because the one heater that didn’t work the seller contacted me and gave me a full refund without having to send it back, and then I ordered another and this works perfectly also.I bought three of these total. The first time I bought it, it worked well, the temperature always accurate within about a degree of what the product reported on the thermometer, and it keeps my tank heated well. So I bought another for my new aquarium. The second one did not work. The thermometer would say 83 when the temp was 78 and it wouldn’t heat the tank when the temperature in my room got colder. But after I reported this second one not working the seller contacted me and offered a full refund without sending it back. So then I purchased another to replace that one and the new heater again works well like the first, the temp is accurate so far and heater working well! The first one I purchased I’ve had for a few months now and not had any issues so far.
