Very easy to install just slow. They stop when pressure is applied to them. Very easy to remove and reinstall. The wearing comfort is very pleasant to the touch. (good for winter) for the price and extra bells. Good price . everything works. I had a very expensive crank that was difficult to install and remove, some used tape that was so difficult to remove and still spun tape stuck on the shaft! I used a little bit of compressed air which helps the foam in much easier.
