I have used Network Guidance in the past to support our network engineers. They are very good at what they do! The best part is that their staff members speak English as well as Spanish. It was hard for me to communicate with them via email or video chat. Sometimes it took time to respond to my emails when I asked about an issue we had. We didn't use their virtual desktop software so I can't comment on this aspect of their product. But overall, not much to dislike about using NG2. As long as you know how to ask questions and keep persistence going - you will get great results from NG2. Our team has been able to resolve even complex issues quickly by just talking through things with our consultants.
