Good thickness and adhesive

Did not do anything for me unfortunately.
I am used to a purely capsaicin patch and i don't think it was strong enough for me. Also had a very strong odor.

Pros

I have only used the product one time so far. I will continue to use them to see how well they work.

Cons

They work great but the smell makes me want to throw up.
