great for thighs and hopefully wings too
only used 3 skewers to sear up some thighs and it worked great took 45 mins at 400 degrees in 6qt Instapot Nova for large thighs crispy skin like my husband loves and since I don't have an oven everything was perfect. easier to mount outside the pot, felt pretty sturdy. easy cleaning. I hope it works for the wings as well while I like it!
