Love this Cester. You wouldn't think you could go wrong with something like this, but I found it and returned it, then bought this one. It's durable, sharp and if rinsed off quickly after use, it's very easy to keep clean. I really appreciate the case that protects my hands when I reach into the drawer for something else. It costs money. I just wish it was in other colors. I would have liked a wood texture or another color to match my kitchen, but it feels very comfortable in the hand. If you need a Cester, this is it.
