Review on CHIVENIDO by Antoine Collins

While I adore the products I received from a recent purchase I made on CHIVENIDO's website, the shipping experience was a little disappointing. Let me begin by stating that CHIVENIDO makes incredible outdoor goods. Their outdoor thermometer, which I bought, has been a wonderful asset to my backyard. It fulfills its promises of accuracy and durability. However, things became a little complicated when it came to delivery. I had trouble tracking my purchase, to start with. After I made my order, the website didn't update with shipping information for a few days, leaving me to question if it had even been processed. The thermometer had some minor scratches on it, and the box was fairly battered when the package eventually arrived. Even though it wasn't a big deal, the amount I paid made it disappointing. I was really irritated by the delivery charge, though. I didn't know that free shipping was only available on orders over $50 until after I had already placed my order. Just under that amount was the total of my purchase, so my shipping costs came to almost $10. Although I am aware that shipping is an additional expense, it would have been good to know up front rather than discover a surprise at checkout. The majority of CHIVENIDO's goods are excellent, but shipping could be done more efficiently. I would highly suggest their products if you're prepared to pay for shipping or place a larger order to qualify for free shipping. Just be mindful of the possible shipping complications.
