This is the product you don't need, but unfortunately you wouldn't. Yesterday I started shifting - shifting and downshifting while driving. I thought "shouldn't be set correctly" so I messed around with the cable length setting but nothing worked. Then today after driving 5 miles I found out why when the chain broke and fell to the ground. Luckily I had a few of these with me and they fixed them up pretty quickly. I needed another chain tool to get the old link out. After installing I decided to test and found out how much better they are than Shimano pins. I couldn't get around the pin in the rear derailleur, so I had to take it apart and refuel. But it was an easy job with this link.
