Update (02/10/2020): Customer service was very helpful and shipped a new monitor within a few days. The replacement does not have the problem I had with the original unit. Raised my rating from 1 star to 4. Original review (02/06/2020): Power cord falls out. The monitor comes with a 12V power supply, the cord has a round ferrule that fits into a sleeve on the back of the monitor. The sleeve faces down so the cable dangles from it. The included cable does not fit fully into the sleeve, will not lock in place, and will fall out with the slightest shake or jar. I was just going to tape the cable but there is enough room for the cable to bend and pull on the sleeve and I don't want it to break after a few weeks on the road. I contacted the seller; If the problem is solved, I will change the rating to the best. Besides the problem described above, I like the monitor. The picture is good for what it is. The sound works. I hooked it up to my computer and although the monitor is small, the text is easy to read. Mounting it on a small VESA mount freed up an enormous amount of desk space.
