Review on 🚗 Polished Stainless Steel Rampage Products 87411 Hood Footman Loop and Windshield Stop for 1997-2018 Jeep Wrangler TJ 7 JK by Chad Sorensen

They were ordered and fitted to a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ. I ordered the stainless steel model but for some reason received a black powder coat finish. Not very keen on it, but I was forced to use it because I had a trip ahead of me and didn't want holes in my hood. Color distortion aside, they're pretty well made, the hardware looks like stainless steel, and is thick enough to do the job they're designed to do. There are recessed plastic washers on the underside of the windshield bumpers, and the bumpers themselves are hollow rather than solid, but that's not a problem for me. Since there is no shock absorber at the two footman strap attachment points, I simply cut out some of the rubber I had at the store so as not to scratch the hood decal that I just put on. Overall very happy with the product but really disappointed that Revain sent me the wrong color hardware. I wish I had time to send them back but I don't. Installation is very easy and the finished product looks very nice, would look even better if I got the color I wanted.
