I love infrared thermometers. I've had one for many years, etekcity. This signature Surpeer is slightly larger and the handle is slightly more comfortable in the hand. The thermometer also has a wider range of temperatures it can read, up to 1022 F. I haven't tested this of course, but that's what the label says. I tested it with another thermometer and the temperature readings are equivalent, so it seems accurate too. It also comes with a meat thermometer as well as a bonus. Overall this is a great thermometer and good value for money. I recommend this product.
