The axle hole in this unit is smaller and with one of the axles supplied (which I had to shorten to fit) the door

Doesn't work with the Pella's sliding door Designer series. The axle hole on this unit is smaller and using one of the supplied axles (which I had to shorten to fit) resulted in the door moving worse than the old rollers.

Pros

can be used in many different door roller assemblies for patio or closet doors
