This is a high quality and very flexible rubber. I would say these are medium weight floor mats. I've had heavier mats but they're still good value for money. Cut the passenger floor mat to sit flat as this side is slightly less square than the driver's side. You don't have to trim it if you don't want to, but I wanted it to fit perfectly. Huge and easily covers the entire floor without trimming. This is a must if you want to keep your floors clean. Insertion in the water retention zone. Very nice carpets. I will buy again!
