**NOT** mechanic. The girl just wants to know what's going on with her car. I liked this product, I read the instructions, watched the video but apart from extracting the code it's useless. Aside from the menu being unintuitive, there were a few issues: Couldn't connect - both of our cars, every time I plugged it in. .INC is incomplete. So how do I get it to complete the diagnosis? MIL-OFF state - what is it and how do I turn it on? Maybe an autoguru might find this useful, but I didn't.
