I wish I found this sooner! Throughout my adult life I have ALWAYS felt like I was in my 30's and couldn't quench my thirst until someone recommended it! THANK YOU GOD! I used to crawl for pickle juice and drink every can in the house and let them dry. I used to have to take teaspoons of salt to relieve cramps in my feet, toes, calves, and shins. I confess that I double the recommended serving size. For my taste I would have liked it to be a bit stronger, but that's ok. You can't please everyone. Many people like its softness.
