I bought it in March. I'm a tall guy - 6ft 1in and about 300lbs. I was looking for a home office chair for my aching back. It has good, reliable support, massage, and also almost full tilt and footrest. In fact, I was able to relieve my chronic back pain somewhat. After a few months of use, I've had a few issues recently. There was a crack at the base of one of the wheels and the height adjustment didn't work. secure. I found them to have good, friendly customer service. Instead of just sending replacement parts (which I requested and expected) they sent a brand new chair. (Thanks Hailey!) I found it comfortable, safe and beautiful. When problems arose, their service was second to none. We recommend!
