Review on Simple Deluxe 2 Pack Ceramic Emitter by Leah Nelson

This lamp arrived with cracks and chips on the top and sides! I am so disappointed. I don't know if it happened in transit or if it was sent to me that way, but the way it was packaged seemed very solid and secure, so I'm having a really hard time attributing this crack/ship the to blame for a shipping error. The lamp was protected by two layers of styrofoam and mounted in a cut out of a piece of cardboard, so I don't know how it could have been damaged if it wasn't already damaged. I may be wrong but I am so disappointed.
