The product fits perfectly, it just doesn't fit in my hands, the straps are too small so I can't press the middle finger button. However, it fits my girlfriend perfectly so we keep 1 of the 2 pairs ordered. This is definitely not one size fits all, I assume it was tested on people who have either small or female hands. I mean, mine are small, but I just can't get my middle finger to close this trigger without the strap putting a lot of resistance on the back of my hand or knuckle. Meanwhile my girlfriend just puts it on and it works as expected and she loves it. So. It's 2/5 as a generic product. It's 5/5 if you have smaller hands. On average I gave 3/5
