UPDATE: This is a really great travel size. It's made from ripstop fabric to keep it in place and the small pockets come in handy. BUT oils can stain and seep through the fabric. Our bag got wet and was left unnoticed with food leftovers long enough for mold to form between the two layers of fabric. Our fault, yes, but I wish the bag was made of a more waterproof material so we wouldn't have to worry. We've since switched to Duluth Trading's CO version, which is twice the size and waterproof, but cheaper than the Ruffwear equivalent! ORIGINAL: This bag is great. We travel a lot on weekends, especially during this holiday season. It is very convenient for a few days trip. Oils from your dog's food can leach into the fabric so I'll update it after washing to see how it holds up.
