ATTENTION BUYERS! LOW QUALITY! I installed 3 of these last year. Luckily I know how to install them myself, otherwise I'd be paying a mechanic all the time. They were under warranty, but the fact that the first two failed under warranty shows how poor the quality is. Tried to contact Motorcraft - apparently customer service is low on their priority list because they don't provide contact information anywhere. The only email address I could find was from another Motorcraft department and they wouldn't help.
