Good hardware quality, good grip, good casters and wheels. The HF block can have similar stampings but cheap nuts and bolts, rollers and wheels. Additionally, this cart has multiple contoured tank mounts - not exactly for a tank of the same diameter as an 80 cu ft tank or a larger 120 cu ft tank of the same diameter. The car now has a weight limit of 125 pounds, and a heavy welder and a tank of 120 cu ft or more will exceed the weight limit. I knew from other reviews that this car had either a welder or a plasma cutter, but not both. However, I ordered it anyway hoping the other reviews were wrong. Well, they weren't, at least not out of the box. So I had to order an Eastwood cart that can take both, but I figured with a welder and a plasma cutter I could get it working. So I cut a hole in the back and front of the bottom shelf. Bingo, the plasma cutter now fits on the bottom shelf. The bottom shelf of the cart that I received had practically no welds on the corners, I checked the HF magazine, the corners are welded. So with an Eastwood 175, 80cf tank and a Versa cutout, I welded the corners, added small corner supports to the back of the shelf support, and welded on a few other joints to stiffen the cart. Cart for $$, may need a bit of work to make it stiffer for those overloading the cart with a welder, plasma cutter and tank, this is a good cart. The side of the top shelf and the back end meet the top of the tank. Solved with a couple of legs or blocks of wood. Still happy with the cart but another $30-40 could buy one ready made for both devices (then I practiced with the plasma cutter again - a new toy) Well packaged, shipped quickly via Prime.
