Additionally, this cart has multiple contoured tank mounts - not exactly for a tank of the same diameter as an 80 cu ft tank or a larger 120 cu ft tank of the same diameter. Overall this cart is worth buying. Assembly was quick and easy using a #2 Phillips wrench and a 10mm wrench. As others have said, finger tighten the bolts until everything is assembled, then finally tighten. Regarding the installation of the Everlast 250EX and the cooler, I had to make a few modifications.
