Everlast PowerTig 250EX and PowerCool W300 Tig cooler

Overall this cart is worth buying. Assembly was quick and easy using a #2 Phillips wrench and a 10mm wrench. As others have said, finger tighten the bolts until everything is assembled, then finally tighten. Regarding the installation of the Everlast 250EX and the cooler, I had to make a few modifications. The 250 Tig fits on the top shelf but is a bit long. It hangs over the front edge but doesn't interfere with the handle for moving the carriage. The most important mods were the cooler fit. The fridge is too deep for the bottom shelf, so I cut the front edge down to about 1/4" high. This still gives strength to the shelf, but the legs raise the cooler high enough to clear the front edge of the shelf without that the radiator is raised at the front. They need a cooler tier. I also moved the center shelf 1.5" to free up the radiator handle and access the filler cap. These mods were pretty easy and now the carriage is useful for my gear. I gave one star for the cheap cotter pin rear wheels but they should still do their job EDIT: I have a 200cc argon tank Adding it to the cart showed two things Firstly with the extra weight the cart flexes a little more than we would like. Second, the argon connection comes out the back of the welder, and to keep it from clogging the argon tank, I had to move the welder forward a bit. The V or side of the welder rests on the handle, making the handle unusable. This is actually not a bogie fault, the bogie was obviously only designed for a smaller MiG or plasma machine. It's still a good wagon, I'll put my smaller mig on it, but I'll have to make my big wagon for the tig and cooler.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
