I first read online reviews of the Hot Max WC100 Welding/Plasma Cart in one of the "Top 5 Welding Carts". I usually dismiss these ads as marketing gibberish, but when I saw that the device was for sale on Revain I took a closer look. After assembling the unit I find this cart to be good value for money. The construction is very rigid. I don't even have flex. The assembly was very easy. Directions are short and pleasant 1 pager. I used a Phillips screwdriver and a size 10 wrench for everything. All holes match, trays fit well. I kept everything tightened with my fingers until all the parts were assembled. The hardware is softer than I would have liked. I screwed on the heads of two screws with a screwdriver, and the wrench turned a hex nut. Blame the operator, but it's worth noting, so take your time and make sure the wrench is tight before tightening. The rear wheels have a rubberized tread and feel comfortable. My car was shipped in its own box in a large Revain box. The packaging is well done, but the handle has rubbed on something and you can see from my photo that there is not enough paint on it. Problem side door. My Hobart 190's door hangs about 1/8 inch off the top compartment side rail. This can easily be corrected by placing a piece of pad or similar material under the welder. Overall this is a solid device and I'm glad I got it as opposed to one of the thinner devices from HF or similar.
