Pretty good Crimping tool, strong, feels good in the hand and is comfortable. However, you must use this device in combination with side cutters. A later device will help you "clean" the shielding material jackets, as well as cut the wire and reduce wear on the crimp blade. Crimping pliers can now do part of the work, but they are not as well suited for this as side cutters and are easier to handle in the long run. What I've just said shouldn't be taken as a negative towards crimping tools or even this particular device - it's simply the best way to replace sockets/plugs. They are cheaper to buy in the UK!
