Review on Creative 70GH032000000 Blaster Detachable Noise Cancelling by Daniel Jackson

Highly recommended. It replaced my Creative Fatal1ty headset and does the job just as well as its predecessor. I've read a bit and think Sound Blaster Blaze was actually the successor to Fatal1ty, so it's good to see that Creative's latest version is living up to its good name. The sound quality is great for gaming and even music (I'm not a music lover but I can definitely appreciate the clarity these headphones offer). The round design is very practical. I have no problem wearing them for hours without discomfort. The microphone quality is excellent and my teammates can always understand me well on the other end of the line. The adjustable size is great as I have a fairly large head. Finally, the built-in microphone and volume control work well and are very convenient. My only complaint is probably that the cord is just another standard cord - I wish they braided it that badly, but maybe that doesn't matter. I definitely recommend this headset, but I have to warn you that you have to be careful with the cord so it doesn't pinch the wires inside. My Fatal1ty has been using (used almost every day) for 5 full years. I'm sure the Sound Blaster will emulate that feat. Thanks creative! Edit: It's April 2020 and these headphones are still working fine. I have also recommended them to my sister who was delighted to find a headset with such good performance at such a reasonable price.
