You should provide enough rubber plugs to fill at least 2 of the 3 holes to eliminate the possibility of creating a pivot. Despite this, the items are very heavy and look impressive. I really like that the hitch body is made of steel and a solid block not hollow like many cheaper clutches. The welded brace is also essential, it will clearly pull every part of the 14,000lb rated load. I already had a few remarks about how heavy and convenient it must be to have such a modular hitch.
