Want to know if the manufacturing companies have changed recently? I received my device and it doesn't look like any of the devices I've used in the past. This one is tough, has a lot of sharp edges, seems much tougher and made of a different material than the others. I wonder if I somehow made a mistake? Or if you just lost our quality control?
