I like how it's easy for employees who have never used this platform before to get up & running quickly without having previous training or any prior coding background! The dashboard helps keep you organized so there isn't confusion about what needs done next within your HR system when trying to find an employee file from another department/company etc.. It also makes keeping track easier than ever since everything has been digitized here now! Nothing as far as dislikes but maybe just because we didn't receive much advertising beforehand regarding other companies using neospin. Maybe try doing some type of marketing campaign? We've seen many businesses benefit tremendously through utilizing various social media platforms such as Instagram especially if they're new brands looking to grow awareness fast! Our team was able to utilize our internal resources efficiently while maintaining transparency throughout each step along the way which allowed us time saving efficiency during onboarding process!
