Cester Grater is a rarely used utensil in my kitchen, although I'm glad to finally have a good one. But the star of the show here is the potato peeler! This cleaner is much easier to use than a traditional side motion cleaner. It makes nice, clean cuts and is very easy to use. I haven't used julienne and probably never have, but it's worth it just for peeling potatoes. I've also used it on apples and carrots with great results.
