It took me 6 hours to get to my steering coupler. Step up to insert this one only to find it was poorly made! Half is smooth, without teeth, so it doesn't fit on the steering shaft. I requested a refund only to be told there was a 20% restocking fee and I had to pay my own postage for the return. Now I'm out of pocket because of their bad product. That kind of salespeople really put me off Revain. Such a shame. . .
