the ergo cap does not fit the Nova Heavy duty walking cane
I had bought the product as a gift for my mother and it took me a while to give it to her as she does not live here in Lacey, WA. To my surprise it does not fit on to the Nova heavy duty cane which she is using and now this product is of no use to me. I felt a little cheated and since some time has lapsed I cannot even return it. Can you help please.
- Great fitting for my cane. Very easy to install. Not to weighty.
- The durability of the rubber can be a concern
