the ergo cap does not fit the Nova Heavy duty walking cane

I had bought the product as a gift for my mother and it took me a while to give it to her as she does not live here in Lacey, WA. To my surprise it does not fit on to the Nova heavy duty cane which she is using and now this product is of no use to me. I felt a little cheated and since some time has lapsed I cannot even return it. Can you help please.

These are the best tips available

These are the best tips available. The ONLY complaint I might have is that the center could have a little deeper grooves so it doesn't wear out quite as fast. The "wings" really give it grip as you flex.

Works as advertised

I purchased this for a cane that I was transitioning into after a couple of months on crutches. I had some difficulty with the hard rubber tips on the crutches and had slipped and fallen on the polished surfaces of grocery stores on more than one occasion (luckily the only thing damaged was my pride). I have tried this tip for the past week on different surfaces both wet and dry and at different angles and it really holds its place. The original hard rubber tips that came with the cane also…

Much more comfortable than the cap that comes with most games.

I bought this on a whim when I noticed I was slowly wearing through the cap on my cane. I'm very glad I did. The ergonomics are perfect, my can rolls with my stride effortlessly. It feels a little spendy, but it's worth the extra dollars.

Finally my can feels right

This is an excellent replacement tip. With the standard tip the sidewalk felt too hard. Now it feels stable but soft and just right. I would buy again.

Tip for Cane in my review

I like the tip on my cane for balance. It is so much easier walking with my cane with this tip on it. Wish I had gotten one sooner.
