From the picture it looks like you will receive an OEM seal (reusable hard plastic).
is included in the package. I already ordered an AC Delco reusable hard rubber gasket, so I didn't install that. Some people have said it doesn't leak, but in the past I've had no luck with this gasket keeping the gasket in. And for $65 for the fluid, if I had to replace the gasket I didn't want to risk the Filter itself looks good quality and for the price you can't replace the gasket with a hard rubber type but from the pictures they used it looked like it was.
