Poor Online Shopping Experience with AMKI

I hate to say it, but I recently had a very disappointing experience with AMKI's online shop. Although they have a respectable assortment of tools and home improvement items, their website could have been much better. First of all, it was challenging to navigate the website and the product descriptions lacked sufficient detail to allow for informed buy choices. Additionally, the checkout process was overly difficult, taking longer than necessary due to its numerous pages and confusing instructions. Even worse, I had trouble getting timely information about the status of my purchase. I didn't get any information until I contacted their customer service department, and even then, the answer was tardy and unhelpful. When my order did eventually show up, the goods were at best of average quality. The lighting and ceiling fans were unexceptional, and the instruments felt flimsy and lacked the durability I expected. Overall, AMKI may have a respectable product selection, but their poor online purchasing experience and subpar goods leave a lot to be desired.

Pros
  • Website that is simple to navigate.
Cons
  • Customer support is hit or miss.
