Review on Ergon GA3 Ergonomic Lock-on Bicycle Handlebar Grips: Mountain Bike Accessories with Twist Shift Compatibility, Multiple Sizes, and Vibrant Color Choices by Chuck Hernandez

After long trail bike rides with standard grips, I had wrist and arm pain. I tried a different ergonomic grip but it didn't feel right. Then I tried the Ergon GA3 and fell in love with it straight away - no pain. Now I have them on all my bikes. The only downside is that if the end of the handlebars hits a tree, the end caps can move. I'm thinking about keeping some extra plugs handy or using some silicone glue to attach them.
