Technically this product will fit a 15 1/2" steering wheel as advertised, but unfortunately the stitching will need to be ripped to stretch the cover enough to reach the steering wheel. Plan one early failure. Also technically as advertised the wheel cover installs in seconds, mine is 915 seconds to be exact and I have installed over 20 of these types of covers over the years. 15 minutes is about the time that you should spend.
