Good news first. It's small and stable. The bad news. The fast bread cycle is already slow at 2:30. And all the quick cycles only make 1.5 pounds of bread instead of the standard 2 pounds in the recipe. All other bread baking cycles start after 3 hours, up to 5 hours each. This makes it very slow and the loaf of bread stays small. I baked 6 different loaves and none of them even reached the edge of the pan. My old bread maker pulled the bread up to the mirror! And he was 12 years old when he recently died. This machine was meant to replace old technology with new and even better results, but instead it runs an average of 1 hour slower across all cycles and the bread remains tiny. The crust is good and crispy even at a small size. The rubber feet under the machine fall out when the machine is lifted off the table. The cord can't hide, so just dangle it around the car. The beeps on this machine are numerous during the cycle, they're loud and last up to 15 seconds, and they're annoying, like a digital alarm clock. No deactivation option. At night the stove is not interesting. Oh, all bread recipes except French Loaf call for butter. All in all a nice little machine with slow and poor results as you can see from the photos. Unfortunately I'll be back next week. I was hoping it would be a great car, but no.
