I have used the Craftsman 2A/10A handheld charger for many years now I need a different charger to charge regular car batteries and 12V sealed boat batteries 5-12Ah. As far as I can tell this charger is the cheapest 10A charger. I've only used this charger a few times so far and the bottom line is this charger does what it's supposed to do which is charge batteries but it's so much more convenient than mine old manual charger: it shows the current temperature, voltage and current (it basically has a permanent multimeter) so you can keep an eye on both the charging speed and the health of your battery. a car battery that lasted 4 months and several 5-12Ah batteries without any problems. I think this is a great product for the price and features.
