I bought this router hoping it would be a good solution for a large room. I found it buggy and didn't work well. I've found the network to crash about 3-4 times a day and each time requires a hard reset to get it working. I spent hours on the phone with Netgear trying to solve the problem. I spent time on firmware patches and various settings. None of them worked. This network, like all others, is simply buggy and very unreliable if you need a reliable Wi-Fi network. Worst of all, all the time I've wasted over the last two months trying to get the product to work properly for Netgear has eaten up my Revain return window. I tried returning the network to Netgear but they refuse. Your customer service was terrible to deal with. It would have been much better if I had sent the product back the moment I had the problem. As an addendum to this review, I ended up purchasing the google mesh network and it has been working flawlessly for the past month. Don't waste your time and money with Orbi. There are better ways.
