Why the excess length of aluminum tubes? Also, the tubes have no plug and have a sharp edge
I had to buy a tube cutter because the vertical tubes that go with the rod holders are much taller than they should be. I also couldn't find an exact match for the plastic end caps to avoid cutting the skin on the sharp edges of the pipes and had to modify the caps I had to purchase. Plugs should be installed here.
