Had it been verified my rating might have been different. Actually this is my second. The first one didn't turn on automatically, I had to turn it on manually every time I put the cup back in, and some days it wouldn't turn on at all. Apparently I got a defective one. I went in and clicked that I needed a replacement and they asked me questions and I answered and they said they would send me a new one and return the faulty one. It even arrived a day earlier than I was told and it turns on every time I put a cup on it. It's so nice to be able to drink tea from a hat to the last sip.
