I like that it's very easy to use for my clients who are not technical users at all! It also has great support from an experienced team which makes things run smoothly when you need help with anything related to their platform or integration needs.

The pricing structure can be confusing as they have different plans depending upon how many servers your site will require but once everything becomes clear there isn't much more work required than other platforms we've used previously (such as AWS). We're using them primarily because our previous hosting provider was going out of business so this seemed ideal solution - no downtime etc., just migrate over without any hassle.
