Does what it's supposed to and fits perfectly.

Fits perfectly. I ordered one from carparts.com and it didn't fit. That part was the right part. It's a bit difficult to get in due to the position of the rear connector. You have to press on the clip to pry the old one out, but I used a screwdriver to pry it out. immediately entered a new one. This is what you need when your fan speeds stop working one after the other.
