Wow. This is a poorly designed and downright shabby product. I will list his problems that I noticed in the first 2 minutes. 1) It consists of 3 separate sections that you assemble by inserting and sliding tabs. There is no reliable lock to prevent them from slipping back. Don't trust that thing when you pull it out full of cutlery. 2) The handle will not stay in place (again without a secure latch) when slid into position unless the center section cover is closed. Apparently it should be on all the time? No flexibility? 3) It all feels and looks cheap.
