I bought 2 packs to have the 2nd and 3rd key fob on hand. The key fob on purchase indicates the trunk can be opened, just like my original. Item received on time, good quality. I went through the programming steps for all the remotes a couple of times because the trunk lock release didn't work on the new fobs. Instead, he raises the alarm. I contacted support several times and they responded quickly. They thought it was a defect in the key fobs. The trunk release still works on my original key fob so I know it's not a problem with my car. They wanted me to send the fobs back at my own expense and send them back to the manufacturer to find out what the problem was. There was no guarantee and since they only cost $12 I had no intention of sending them back as it would cost me half the amount for a refund. They have asked me to send new ones that they think will work with a return label and I will send them back. They refused. I just saved them and I can't use the trunk release button. All other buttons work perfectly.
