It was missing the battery cover and a non-slip rubber pad. * Editing my review as after reading some other reviews I also have to add some issues I had. As for the missing battery cover, I improvised the cover and the slightest movement of the SP affected the battery placement and the light didn't work. The stickers on the front didn't stick well. Sticky, dirty mucus that cannot be removed. Very loud annoying "nails on board" noise when board is moved 3-4" off the floor for use or cleaning. Mine also came "free" in a box. While no additional packaging materials were required, having put everything "wrong" together, I was definitely not happy with whoever was in charge the day of my order.
